Eliza is a barrister specialising in industrial relations, employment and discrimination law.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Eliza was Senior National Legal Officer at the Mining and Energy Union, where she acted against some of Australia's largest corporations, securing the largest wage underpayment recovery in Australian history. Her work has resulted in significant precedential outcomes across Australian industrial relations law.

She was recognised by Doyle's Guide as one of Australia's Leading In-House Employment & WHS Lawyers, was a 2025 recipient of the Joanna Knight Scholarship and is immediate past President of ULIO.
