    With our full program to be released in January 2026, we’re thrilled to share a preview of what to expect at the 2026 conference.

    We are delighted to welcome Vice President Ingrid Asbury of the Fair Work Commission to provide an opening address and His Honour the Hon. Justice David Chin to deliver an introduction to the Industrial Court of New South Wales. Attendees will gain valuable insights from Giridharan Sivaraman, Race Discrimination Commissioner, and Dr James Cockayne, New South Wales Anti-Slavery Commissioner, who will provide an overview of contemporary issues in racial discrimination and modern slavery laws. More to come in the new year!

  • When, where and what to expect

    When:

    Tuesday 24 - Wednesday 25 February 2026

    Where:‍

    In person: Sydney Trades Hall (enter via 377 Sussex Street, Sydney); or

    Online (details provided closer to the conference dates).

    What to expect:

    Attendees at our conference, whether in person or online, will have access to at least 10 CPD points, with full attendance ensuring satisfactory of all mandatory units.

    While we encourage in person attendance, if you’re joining us online you’ll still get access to the majority of our program.
