During the 2024-2025 term, a subcommittee of the ULIO Executive undertook a comprehensive review of our Rules and Constitution. The purpose of this review was to modernise our governing documents and ensure they better reflect ULIO's current objects, practice, and priorities.

We are proposing amendments across three key areas:

1. Association's Objects

2. Membership

3. Executive

These amendments will be formally considered and voted on at the 2025 ULIO Annual General Meeting, taking place on 12 August 2025.

We encourage all members to review these proposals carefully before the meeting to ensure informed discussion and decision-making.
